Dublin Glenn provides comprehensive memory care with an emphasis on safety, security, and personalized services for those living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Our monthly rates include 24-hour care and programs specifically tailored to fit each resident’s individual needs and abilities.

ADDITIONAL MONTHLY FEES

Essential Care Services - Included

Includes medication management, stand-by assistance or verbal cueing for bathing, dressing, and grooming

Enhanced Care Services - $800

Includes medication management and hands-on assistance with up to 3 activities of daily living (ADLs). ADLs include bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding assistance, toileting, and other support. Incontinence supplies are included. Coordination of care services such as hospice, home health, etc.

Comprehensive Care Services - $1,500

Includes medication management and hands-on assistance with 4 or more activities of daily living (ADLs), and/or ADLs requiring 2-person assistance. Management of incontinence and incontinence supplies are included. Additional support for residents requiring daily redirection to address persistent conditions of anxiety, aggression, or exit-seeking. Coordination of care services such as hospice, home health, etc.

One-Time Community Fee - $2,000

Respite Rate - $300 per day
