ROOM RATES

The following are our current daily room rates. Rates are subject to change with a thirty (30) day written notice to the responsible party.

• Private Room: $352/day
• Semi-Private Room: $275/day

Services Included/ Not Included in Room Rates

Private pay residents are required to pay thirty (30) days in advance of room and board charges. A statement is generated monthly by the Accounting Office which will include all amounts due for room and board, personal care supplies and medical supplies. A separate statement is generated by the pharmacy.

ITEMS AND SERVICES COVERED IN THE DAILY ROOM RATE:

• Nursing and personal care
• Linens (bedding and towels)
• Meals, planned snacks- including special diets
• Housekeeping services
• Social services
• In-house activities
• Personal fund accounting (if requested)
• Dietitian
• Rehabilitative nursing

ITEMS AND SERVICES NOT COVERED IN THE DAILY ROOM RATE:

(some may be billed to private insurance, the resident or responsible party for the following)

• Medical supplies and equipment
• Personal care supplies, including incontinence products
• Specialized rehabilitation, including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Psychotherapy
• Ancillary services such as- xray, audiology, podiatry, optician and dental
• Pharmacy supplies including-prescriptions and over-the-counter medications
• Beautician and barber services
• Tube feeding formula or special dietary supplements

Neither of these lists is all-inclusive. Please ask our Billing Department about specific items and services.

Waiting List Update

We currently have a waiting list for our memory care unit. However, we do not have a waiting list for our long-term care or skilled units at this time.
