Do you guys currently have a waitlist?

No waitlist at this time.

Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?

We have an Executive Director who runs the day-to-day operations of the community, a Business Office Manager who handles all of the billing and HR, 2 LPNs who are in charge of the wellness team: care partners and medication technicians who undergo training to be certified, a dining services manager, an activity director, and a memory care director, a Sales director, housekeeping, maintenance, servers, prep-cooks, chefs.

Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?

We have highly trained care staff scheduled 24/7, a generator for the community in case of outage, multiple sister properties within FL in case of evacuation (please note we are not in an evacuation zone), monthly fire drills, transparent communication with family.

Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?

All new residents who move in are partnered with a resident ambassador (like a resident buddy system) for their first 7-10 days as well as the management team and staff.

Do you offer transportation services for residents?

We have activity outings Mondays and the 1st & 3rd Wednesday also Dr. Appt days are Tues. and Thurs.

Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?

It is restaurant menu style service with multiple options. Opening seating to promote socialization amongst the residents.

What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?

They would bring it up to the executive director to file a grievance, the executive director would meet with the specific person and/or persons and the department head if it pertains to a specific department and will keep the resident and family abreast of all updates.

What is the cost of living in your community?

Please see attached pricing sheet for both assisted living and memory care.

What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?

Our nursing team will have complete transparent communication on all concerns, praises, and any changes.

Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?

Yes, we do, a 30-day respite stay Assisted Living: $175 per day and Memory Care: $200 per day.

Are you all a pet-friendly community?

Yes, we are pet friendly.

Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?

Yes, we schedule it throughout the year.

Are residents able to age in place?

Yes, they are able to age in-place as long as they do not have a trach or feeding tube, or needing 24/7 RN and LPN care. No waitlist at this time.
