Included Amenities

All utilities are included. We also provide transportation, activities, and 3 meals a day. Our property features a salt water heated pool with a walk-in ramp, billiards room, movie theater, art studio, game rooms, library, wine cellar, The Crave Restaurant, The TUK cafe, a bistro, and The Veranda Grill. There are plenty of dining options and activities to keep you busy.

Could you provide an overview on the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?

Onsite we have a nurse along with certified caregivers. We have a dedicated leadership team with years of experience and knowledge. Each team member is provided training and the training that is provided varies based on their role.

Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?

We offer a 24 hour wellness check along with personalized service plans that are tailored to each residents specific needs.

Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?

We host a new resident orientation along with a resident run ambassador program.

Do you offer transportation services for residents?

Scheduled transportation is offered for medical appointments, errands, shopping trips, and outings.

Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?

Clearwater Ahwatukee has two restaurants onsite that are available for our residents. The Crave is our main restaurant, it is open seven days a week and offers a robust menu. The Tuk is open Wednesday to Sunday from 7am to 2pm and offers its own menu.

What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?

If a resident has as concern our Executive Director has an open-door policy and is happy to meet with them.

The cost varies depending on the apartment style and what care services are needed. Our apartments begin at $5,390 per month plus levels of care and medication management if necessary.

We offer short term stays and the cost varies depending on the apartment and what services are needed.

We partner with an outside provider to host onsite vaccination clinics that are optional.

Residents can age in place as long as they are within our scope of services per state guidelines.

All our apartments here at Clearwater Ahwatukee are licensed for care, which means you can start off living in your apartment with minimal to no care and then add on care as you need it.
