Overview of Our Staff and Training
Our facility employs a diverse team of professionals including nurses, caregivers, activities coordinators, chefs, maintenance staff, and administrators. Each staff member undergoes rigorous training in areas such as emergency response, medication management, resident care, communication techniques, and resident rights among other training. Continuous education and professional development are prioritized to ensure our staff remains well-equipped to meet the evolving needs of our residents.
Safety and Well-being Measures
We prioritize the safety and well-being of our residents through various measures including but not limited to 24/7 security, locked and monitored exterior doors, regular health assessments, personalized care plans, emergency response protocols, and ongoing staff training in infection control and safety procedures.
Support Services for Residents' Transition
We offer resources and support services to aid residents' transition into our community, including personalized care plans, assistance with activities of daily living, and social engagement opportunities. We also have a welcome committee comprised of current residents to help make our new residents feel welcomed and at home in our community.
Transportation Services
Yes, we provide transportation services for residents to scheduled appointments, shopping, outings, and social events within the local area.
Dining Experience
Our residents have the flexibility to enjoy their meals during a two-hour window for each meal, allowing them to dine at their leisure. Our dining area provides a warm and inviting atmosphere where residents can choose their preferred seating, whether it's by the window for natural light or in a cozy corner for a more intimate setting. Upon arrival, each resident is warmly greeted and assigned a dedicated server who attends to their dining needs throughout the meal. Our menu program, powered by GFS, ensures a delightful culinary experience with a rotating selection of seasonally appropriate recipes. Emphasizing variety and freshness, our menu features a choice of entrees to cater to different tastes and dietary preferences. Alongside the main course, residents can enjoy crisp, refreshing salads, sides, and desserts to satisfy their sweet tooth.
Resident Complaint and Issue Resolution
If a resident has a complaint or issue they want addressed, we have a formal process in place for them to voice their concerns. This typically involves speaking with a member of our management team who will promptly investigate the matter and work towards a resolution in accordance with our resident grievance policy. We operate on an open door policy, with highly visible and approachable administrative staff. Additionally, we have regularly scheduled Resident Council and Town Hall meetings which are open forum discussions for residents to voice their concerns.
Communication with Residents' Families
We maintain open and transparent communication with residents' families through regular updates, care conferences when appropriate, and access to staff members for inquiries or concerns. Should a family have a concern, clinical or otherwise, they can call the front desk to be directed.

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community. We allow small animals so long as they are up to date on vaccinations, and the resident is able to care for the animal.

Yes, we hold vaccination clinics in house, and work closely with healthcare providers to ensure residents have access to necessary vaccinations to protect their health and well-being. Residents may also utilize our transportation to receive vaccinations with their physician or at a pharmacy.
Aging in Place
We strive to support residents in aging in place to the greatest extent possible. Our care plans are designed to adapt to changing needs, and we offer a range of services and amenities to accommodate various levels of care as residents age. Additionally, our residents do not ever need to change apartments should their care levels change and they need more services. At this current moment we are not on a waitlist!
