ADDITIONAL SERVICE ITEMS

Medication Injections: $30.00 per injection

Non-Preferred Pharmacy: $250.00 per month

Non-Unit Dose Medication: $200.00 per month subject to Regional approval

Pet Care (dog): A one-time non-refundable deposit of $350 subject to ED approval

Overview of Professionals and Training

Our staff includes caregivers and med techs who undergo rigorous training at our facility. We also partner with other medical professionals to provide comprehensive care for our families as needed.

Safety and Well-Being Measures

We have a secured community for Assisted Living (AL) and Memory Care (MC). Our staff ratio is 1:8 in AL and 1:5 in MC, with 2-hour checks. In AL, residents can use pendants and pull cords for added safety.

Resources and Support for Transition

We partner with Drs at Your Door for primary care, podiatry, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. We also collaborate with hospice, skilled home health care, and have a salon with third-party beauticians to aid in the transition.

Transportation Services

No, we do not offer transportation services for residents.

Dining Experience

We offer two specials at each lunch and dinner and always have an available menu. Dining in the dining room is encouraged, but room trays are allowed at no additional cost if needed.

Handling Complaints and Issues

Residents can bring up complaints or issues in the resident forum or directly to any of the leadership in the building.

Communication with Families

If there is a change in a resident's condition, we call the Power of Attorney (POA) as soon as we are aware.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer short-term stays of 30 days. The cost varies.

Pet-Friendly Policy

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community.

Vaccinations

Residents can receive COVID-19 and flu vaccinations in the community.

Aging in Place

Yes, residents can age in place. We offer Hoyer lifts, hospice care, and two-person assist services.

Apartment options include studio suites and one-bedrooms. Rent starts at $4530 per month. We currently do not have a waitlist, but availability is limited.

Assisted Living and Memory Care

We offer Assisted Living and Memory Care, and are known for our culinary, care, and life enrichment. This allows us to keep things personalized while maintaining as much independence as possible.

Apartment options include studio suites and one-bedrooms. Apartment rent starts at $4530/month, we don’t have a waitlist currently however we have limited availability at this time!

Included Services

Services in the rent include three Chef-prepared meals daily, weekly housekeeping service, laundry service, life enrichment activities, and all utilities (even cable TV and internet). Of course, our on-site care staff is here 24/7 for residents needing assistance with their activities of daily living. Our staff are trained specifically to care for residents living with different forms of dementia. An assessment would be completed by our Wellness Director to determine a level of care and the exact cost.
