Overview of Staff Professionals and Training

We have a wonderful team that consists of our excellent executive director, a staff of four nurses who are here onsite daily, and our care team. We also have a facility physician and nurse practitioner who visit our community once a month.

Measures for Resident Safety and Well-Being

We are a controlled access community. All of our vendors, resident guests, and resident medical assistance need to check in with our front desk each and every time they enter our building. We also have an abundance of team members dedicated to the supervision, safety, and wellness of our residents. We conduct frequent visits to our residents who require a higher level of care. We provide each resident with pull cords and an art pendant to make us aware of any emergency they may be encountering. These systems are designed to alert our staff of the need for assistance should any one of our residents need emergency assistance.

Resources and Support Services for Transition

We work diligently with our care team to ensure that they are aware of our new residents' likes and dislikes in assistance with helping our new residents find common bonds with other residents in our community. This is why we feel that our community events are so important to our residents' socialization and overall quality of life. From the time of move-in, we make each and every one of our residents feel as though they are a part of the Gardens at Northridge family!

Transportation Services

Yes, we offer complimentary transportation for our residents within a 15-mile radius of our community. We kindly ask that our residents give us advance notice in the event that they wish to utilize this service. All of our drivers have been screened and are fully insured.

Dining Experience

Our community boasts a lovely restaurant that provides our residents three meals a day as part of their base rent. Our menu has a recurring selection featuring sandwiches, soups, burgers, salads, and even a plant-based chicken option. Additionally, we have two daily special choices for both lunch and dinner. We pride ourselves in having delicious, nutritious, and flexible meal options for our residents.
