Overview of Professionals and Training

We have approximately 75 associates on our team, all specially trained for their departments, such as culinary, maintenance and housekeeping, transportation, etc. Additionally, all associates undergo monthly training as part of our continuing education opportunities with our company, including but not limited to fire safety, dealing with dementia, elder abuse, customer service and hospitality, and more.

Safety and Well-being Measures

We have many policies and procedures in place for emergencies or various situations we might encounter in senior living to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents. Our building is made of steel and concrete with special reinforcements for fire safety. We also conduct frequent drills – including fire, tornado, active shooter, and more, just to ensure we are trained and prepared in the event of an emergency.

Transition Support Services

We have a wonderful welcome committee that helps ensure a very smooth transition – having a friend the moment you arrive is so important. The residents on our welcome committee all remember what it felt like to be new, and they partner with our staff to help ensure a successful arrival and first few weeks for all new residents.

Transportation Services

Yes, we offer transportation for medical appointments, banks, pharmacies, and more Monday through Friday from 8-4 p.m.

Dining Experience

We offer full restaurant-style dining for our residents. Breakfast is from 7-10 each day, and dinner has a range of times, starting at 3:30, 4:15, 5:15, and 6:00. We have daily specials and an Always Available menu so residents have many options to choose from. We also offer a full vegetarian menu, as well. We love to eat here in the south so we have good food and lots of it!

Addressing Complaints and Issues

We have an open-door policy and encourage all residents to feel welcome to share a concern any time. We have a wonderful leadership team that is always eager to address any concerns promptly. We have many ways residents can share, with Comment Cards available by the Front Desk (reviewed daily), simply calling the front desk to reach any of our leadership teams, or if most comfortable, our doors are always open, and we welcome the opportunity to sit down together.

Cost of Living

Our rates start at $3,000 per month and is designed to be all-inclusive.

Communication with Residents' Families

One great, easy way to do this is through phone and email. We send out frequent communication through those channels on community happenings, events, and updates. Additionally, our team will often call family directly to discuss their loved ones’ wellbeing.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We do not offer this at this time, but we do offer a convenient month to month lease agreement.

Pet-Friendly Community

We allow pets under 30 pounds.

Waitlist Information

Yes, we do currently have a waitlist for our one and two-bedroom apartments.

Vaccination Clinics

Yes, we host vaccine clinics throughout the year.

Aging in Place

Certainly! If residents have more care needs than our community can provide, home care, home health, and hospice are all great resources available to help residents age in place.
