Overview on the Types of Professionals on Our Staff and Their Training
In our assisted living community, we have a range of professionals dedicated to providing top-notch care to our residents. Our Resident Care Director/Nurse oversees all aspects of Assisted Living (AL). She is supported by a Resident Care Coordinator who helps with scheduling and also assists on the floor. Additionally, we have QMAPs (Qualified Medication Administration Personnel) who are responsible for passing medications, and caregivers who take care of all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) for residents, offering support with normal care. All staff members undergo training and shadow experienced staff members before working independently on the floor.
Measures to Ensure Residents' Safety and Well-Being
We prioritize the safety and well-being of our residents. Each resident is provided with a pendant for emergencies. Care staff consistently check on each resident multiple times a day, in addition to providing assistance within their apartments.
Resources and Support Services for Transitioning Residents
We understand that transitioning to a new environment can be challenging. Our team is dedicated to making this process as seamless as possible. Depending on the type of support needed, we offer assistance or collaborate with home health services for one-on-one companionship. Our activities team is proactive in encouraging residents and visiting them to provide support during their move. We are committed to ensuring new residents feel welcomed and at home from day one.
Transportation Services for Residents
Yes, we offer transportation services for both medical and personal appointments, scheduled as needed.
Dining Experience
Our dining hours are from 7:30am - 9am for breakfast, 11:30am-1pm for lunch, and 4:30pm-6pm for dinner. There are no assigned seats, and residents can dine at their convenience within the 1.5-hour window. Servers are available in the dining room to take orders similar to a restaurant experience.
Process for Addressing Resident Complaints or Issues
Residents are encouraged to bring any complaints or issues to the attention of the nurse and executive director, ensuring their concerns are promptly addressed.
Cost of Living in Our Community
Assisted living apartments start at $3965 and go up to $5775, excluding care costs which range from $500 to $2000, depending on the level of care required (levels 1-6).
Policy on Communication with Residents' Families

Short-Term or Respite Stays
Yes, we offer respite stays with a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 90 days. The cost is $225 per day.
