Overview of Staff and Training

Each staff member undergoes both online and hands-on training. To maintain their employment, they are required to continue taking online courses provided through our company and comply with the mandates set by the State of Texas.

Transition Support Services

To aid residents' transition into the community, we offer an ambassador program designed for a smooth integration.

Transportation Services

Our community provides courtesy transportation services for residents.

Dining Experience

We offer restaurant-style dining with an always available menu, featuring up to 7 different options at each meal time. Meals are included in the rent rate.

Grievance Policy

For any complaints or issues, residents can rely on our structured grievance policy, which provides proper channels for addressing concerns with each department.

Communication with Residents' Families

In independent living, we notify families only in health emergencies. In Assisted Living, our care staff will inform the family of any healthcare changes.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Currently, we do not have availability for respite or short-term stays.

Pet-Friendly Community

Our community is pet-friendly, with a pet deposit of $500.

Vaccination Services

Residents have access to Covid and flu vaccinations within the community.

Aging in Place

Residents can age in place for the most part, with exceptions for those on IVs, with a trach tube, feeding tube, those who need to be spoon fed, or cannot verbalize.
