Introduction

I’m really not able to answer all these questions. Some of them I would need to know more specifically what you are wanting to know. I will answer what I can though. Of course, if you wanted to schedule a tour and we could try to answer your questions, we would be glad to do that.

Staff and Services

We have doctors, nurses, aids, dietary professionals, activity, maintenance, and social services staff. We also have contracts for dental, vision, and hearing clinics. We are contracted with some Hospice companies and mental health services.

Security and Transition

Regarding your second question, I am not quite sure what you are wanting, but we do have a secure unit if needed. All staff assist in helping a resident transition. We do not have a means to transport residents.

Dining Options

Residents can eat in the dining room or their rooms. There is a main meal served, and we have a substitute meal if they don’t want the main meal.

Complaints and Cost

Complaints are addressed by a management member over the area that the complaint is about. The cost varies depending on if the person is private pay or going to apply for nursing home Medicaid. Communication and Respite Stays

Usually, if there is any significant change, a nurse will call the sponsor. However, other staff may call if it is changes in non-nursing areas. We do have respite stays through Hospice, and Hospice pays for these.

Pet Policy and Vaccinations

Pets are allowed on a leash or being carried, but you have to provide proof that they are up to date on their shots. They can get flu and COVID vaccinations here at certain times.

I am not sure what you mean by age in place. We have no waiting list currently.
