Our Services and Amenities

• We have RN, LPN, State certified nurse aids as well as PT, OT, and Speech Therapist as well as Coda’s
• We use a code alert system if needed so if a resident gets too close to a door this will sound to let us know. We do not have a locked unit at our facility. The residents are checked on and the doors are locked at a specific time.
• We offer home health services, we help with meals on wheels if needed, equipment, passport services if they qualify and private duty if needed.
• We do offer transportation services back and forth to appointments.
• Residents eat their breakfast in their rooms and lunch and dinner is served in the dining room if they choose to go. We also have tables in the lounge area if residents want to eat there as well.
• If residents have any complaints, our administrator or DON will address all complaints or concerns.
• A semi room is $333.00 per day, a private room is $343.00 per day and a rehab to home room is $600.00 per day.
• We have care plans that families are invited to, if there is any changes with medication, lab work or X-Rays needed they also update the family member and any other changes the resident may have families are always updated.
• We do offer short-term stays and the cost would be based on the price of the room that they go into. We can only offer respite care if we have enough available beds.
• We are a pet friendly facility.
• Our census changes all the time so if a bed is needed and we do not have one available at the time, then they can be put on a waiting list.
• We make arrangements for Covid vaccines that are received in the community, and our facility offers the flu and pneumo vaccine on site.
• Our residents are able to age in place.
