Extended Care Rooms
Our extended care rooms are $309 per day. This includes all care needs, meals, activity and restorative therapy programs, etc. It does not cover if someone requires specialty equipment such as an air mattress etc.
Skilled Rehabilitation and Nursing Services
If someone is coming in for skilled rehabilitation and nursing services due to an acute illness or injury, we contract with many insurance companies; however, there may be co-pays involved.
Insurance and Payments
For extended care, we also accept Washington Medicaid.

Short Term Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Services
We provide both short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing services as well as extended care.
Extended Care
For extended care, I will need to review some type of clinical documentation in order to determine if we can meet the individual’s needs. Typically, the primary care physician will be able to send that information to us upon your request. If they are currently in a hospital or other facility, they can usually assist with some clinical information as well.
Transition to Extended Care
There is no waitlist per se. When the time comes to transition to extended care, we review the needs and make a determination about whether or not we have an appropriate bed and that we can meet all of the needs.
