Overview of Professional Staff and Training

We have RN’s, LPN’s, CNA’s, and PCA’s that work in our building. We do yearly training for all employees and additional weekly trainings for our nursing staff.

Safety and Well-being Measures

Trainings are done with staff to review ways to deal with all types of residents. We can also add safety checks every 2 hours as needed, and have several schedules actives daily that residents can enjoy.

Support Services for Residents' Transition

We do the best that we can to provide extra TLC for the first 2 weeks, we also try and find someone that they can get to know better and have more of a buddy system for people moving into the community.

Transportation Services

We do have our own town car service at an extra charge.

Dining Experience

We have several restaurants on the campus that you can eat your meals at. It is restaurant style dining with a menu of options to choose from.

Resident Complaints and Issues

We have a formal grievance process and form to fill out for those concerns that they feel are extreme and you can connect with our director of social services or director of nursing for any concerns at any time.

Cost of Living

It depends on the level of care needed. Assisted living ranges from $5,500-$10,000.

Communication with Residents' Families

They have the phone number for the nursing line to call with any concerns at any time. Otherwise, we do quarterly care conferences to keep in touch with families and what is going on with their loved ones.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We do have respite options if we have openings. Those would range depending on the stay and room. It costs the same as a month in our assisted living community and the minimum stay is 30 days.

No, we are not a pet-friendly community. Only visitors are allowed to bring pets.
