Overview of Our Professional Staff and Training

Our team includes a Director and Assistant Director of Nursing, Registered Medication Aids, CNAs, an Administrator, Director of Marketing and Admissions, Director of Activities, and Director and Assistant Director of Dietary. All direct care staff are required to maintain their licenses through continuing education credits. Additionally, all employees undergo mandatory yearly reviews of emergency preparedness, CPR, and more to ensure the highest level of care and safety for our residents.

Safety and Well-being Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we conduct mandatory monthly and yearly training reviews, have care staff stations on each floor, and ensure licensed staff are available 24 hours a day.

Transition Support Services

We assist new residents in transitioning into our community, with many utilizing outside services such as Home Health for additional support.

Transportation Services

Transportation is provided free of charge for community-to-community travel. Transportation to medical appointments is available at a cost of $3.00 per mile.

Dining Experience

Residents enjoy three meals a day with snacks in between, served in our dining room. They have the option to choose between two entrees or select items from our à la carte menu. All meals are included in the room and board rate.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Our Administrator maintains an open door policy, and we have a Resident Council for discussing and voting on community changes.

Cost of Living

Living costs depend on the chosen floorplan, with rates ranging from $2,417 to $5,289, plus any additional care level costs.

Communication with Residents' Families

Our care team proactively reaches out to families to discuss updates, including falls, care level changes, and new medications.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer respite stays at $180 per day. However, we recommend considering a longer-term stay due to the benefits and cost-effectiveness of our community.

Pet Policy

We do not accept pets in our community.

Waitlist Information

While we have a waitlist for our larger apartments, several floorplans are currently available.

Vaccination Clinic

We offer a COVID and Flu clinic every early Fall, with a pharmacy administering vaccines to interested residents.

Aging in Place

Residents can age in place with some stipulations, including restrictions on feeding tubes, two-person assists, and non-healing wounds.
