Overview of Professional Staff and Training

Our facility is staffed with primary care physicians who conduct regular rounds, Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Registered Nurses (RNs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). We also have Occupational Therapists (OT), Physical Therapists (PT), and a Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care (SNF/LTC) attached. All staff undergo state-mandated training and a comprehensive week-long orientation program.

Safety and Well-being Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we have LPNs or RNs and caregivers available 24/7. Our facility is equipped with pull cords and grab bars for added safety. A receptionist is present at the front desk around the clock, and we have security personnel and staff on-site. Additionally, we offer a secured memory care unit for residents with special needs.

Transition Support Services

We provide various resources to aid residents' transition into the community, including a private duty company that families can hire. Resident ambassadors, care staff, and a move-in coordinator are also available to assist with the move-in process.

Transportation Services

Our community offers transportation services. Standard car transport is free, while wheelchair transport is available for a fee of $50.

Dining Experience

We offer a full-service dining experience with tables set for all three meals. Residents can enjoy a fresh-made soup, two entree choices with sides, and a comprehensive always-available menu.

Resident Complaints and Issues

Our administration maintains an open-door policy for addressing resident complaints or issues. We also encourage our staff to adhere to a "See Something, Say Something" approach. Our administrator has been with the company for 35 years and is highly experienced.

Cost of Living

We adjust the cost of living annually. The upcoming January update will reflect a 6% increase.

Family Communication Policy

The administrator and director of nursing are responsible for communicating with residents' families and keeping them informed about their loved ones' well-being and community happenings.

Short-term and Respite Stays

We offer both short-term and respite stays at a rate of $200 per day.

Pet-Friendly Community

Our community is very pet-friendly, complete with a dog park. Residents with pets are expected to be capable of caring for them, and we have a weight limit of 25 lbs for pets.
