Independent Living One-Bedroom

Our starting price for an independent living one-bedroom is $4575. This price includes:

• 2 meals per day
• Bi-weekly housekeeping service
• Transportation
• Daily activities
• Cable

We have eight different floor plans ranging from 750 to 1700 square feet.

Overview of Staff Professionals and Training

Depending on the type of care you are seeking, the training will be based on the area the resident’s lives. In assisted and memory care, we have a medical director, LVN’s and memory care director, medical technicians, and care staff.

Safety and Well-being Measures

We adhere to the state regulations for monthly fire drills and evacuation plans. In addition, we offer personal pendants to each resident to use in an emergency.

Resources and Support Services for Transition

We have a resident ambassador program to assist new residents with the transition.

Transportation Services

Our transportation services are available Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Dining Experience

In independent living, we offer 2 meals per day: breakfast and a choice of lunch or dinner. In assisted living, we offer 3 meals a day, all served in a restaurant-style dining setting.

Complaint and Issue Resolution Process

Our executive director is the point person for addressing any complaints or issues from residents.

Communication with Residents' Families

We have care plan meetings at 30 days, 6 months, and upon a change of condition with families in assisted living and memory care. If our staff notices a change, they will contact the family that day. Our medical director and nursing team have an open-door policy.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer short-term stays in assisted living at $225 per night and in memory care at $315 per night.

Pet-friendly Policy

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community for pets under 40 lbs, with a $500 non-refundable deposit.

Waitlist Status

We have a waitlist for some floor plans but not all.

Availability of Vaccinations

We no longer offer onsite clinics for Covid or flu vaccinations.

Aging in Place

Absolutely, residents are able to age in place.

Franklin Park Alamo Heights is a 55+ Independent Living Community which has been developed to provide a relaxing, safe, and engaging lifestyle for all our residents! In your review of the attached eBrochure you will find that our community offers all the comfort and conveniences of retirement living without the hassle of any upkeep or maintenance. For your complete peace-of-mind, we provide dedicated 24-7 Concierge service, maintenance, and staffing onsite. We partner with Amada Home Care to provide extra help to our residents who need it. Ageility Rehab has a therapy clinic right here on campus to provide physical, occupational and speech therapies if needed by our residents.

Culinary Experience

Our culinary-trained chefs will WOW your taste buds while you sit back and relax being served restaurant-style! In addition, we offer a wide range of activities on and offsite to keep you engaged and meeting new people all the time. Also, be sure to check out our full-service Salon and Spa onsite offering all the pampering one can handle! We have a lovely heated indoor pool and surrounding courtyard with beautiful gardens.
