Overview of Staff Professionals and Training

Depending on the type of care you are seeking, the training will be based on the area the resident’s lives. In assisted and memory care, we have a medical director, LVN’s and memory care director, medical technicians, and care staff.

Safety and Well-being Measures

We adhere to the state regulations for monthly fire drills and evacuation plans. In addition, we offer personal pendants to each resident to use in an emergency.

Resources and Support Services for Transition

We have a resident ambassador program to assist new residents with the transition.

Transportation Services

Our transportation services are available Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Dining Experience

In independent living, we offer 2 meals per day: breakfast and a choice of lunch or dinner. In assisted living, we offer 3 meals a day, all served in a restaurant-style dining setting.

Complaint and Issue Resolution Process

Our executive director is the point person for addressing any complaints or issues from residents.

Communication with Residents' Families

We have care plan meetings at 30 days, 6 months, and upon a change of condition with families in assisted living and memory care. If our staff notices a change, they will contact the family that day. Our medical director and nursing team have an open-door policy.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer short-term stays in assisted living at $225 per night and in memory care at $315 per night.

Pet-friendly Policy

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community for pets under 40 lbs, with a $500 non-refundable deposit.

Waitlist Status

We have a waitlist for some floor plans but not all.

Availability of Vaccinations

We no longer offer onsite clinics for Covid or flu vaccinations.

Aging in Place

Absolutely, residents are able to age in place.
