Staff Overview and Training

Our facility employs a dedicated team of Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Each professional undergoes comprehensive training to ensure they deliver exceptional care and meet the needs of our residents efficiently.

Safety and Well-being Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, CNAs are available around the clock, with nurses on call during the night shift. The building is locked after a specific time to enhance security.

Support for Community Transition

We offer various resources and support services to aid residents' transition into our community. Each department head spends time with new residents during their first week, and CNAs are instructed to frequently check on them and assist with navigating the facility.

Transportation Services

We offer transportation services to accommodate our residents' mobility needs and enhance their independence.

Dining Experience

Our dining room provides a restaurant-like experience where residents are seated and served. There is a daily special for lunch and dinner, along with six alternative options to cater to individual preferences.

Complaint and Issue Resolution

If a resident has a complaint or issue, they meet with the respective department head. If unresolved, the matter is escalated to the Executive Director (ED) for further assistance.

Communication with Families

We maintain active communication with residents' families through regular updates from our nursing staff. We also uphold an open-door policy for families seeking information on their loved ones' well-being.

Short-term and Respite Stays

Respite stays are available starting at $165, offering short-term care solutions for families.

Pet-friendly Community

Our community is pet-friendly, allowing residents to bring their furry companions along.

Covid and Flu Vaccinations

Residents can receive Covid and flu vaccinations within our community to help maintain their health and well-being.

Aging in Place

We take pride in allowing residents to age in place, provided they remain safe and we can meet their evolving needs. Currently, there is a waiting list for memory care and garden homes.
