Availability and Apartment Options

We do have some availability, although it might not be the size apartment you would like. We offer four different floor plans and are pet friendly, provided the resident can care for the animal.

Assisted Living vs. Nursing Home

We are not a “nursing home”; we are an assisted living facility. This means we have staff available 24 hours a day to help with your mother’s needs, although we do not have 24-hour nursing staff. Our team includes a Director of Resident Care, an assistant DRC (both nurses), Med Techs, and CNAs to provide care. This setup allows residents to age in place, with adjustments made to care as needed, and the Power of Attorney will be contacted if there are any changes in your mother's condition.

Transportation and Activities

We offer transportation to and from doctor, dentist, or eye doctor appointments on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Monday and Friday are reserved for fun activities for our residents.

Dining Program

Our dining program is restaurant-style. Residents are served and can order off of our limited menu.

Management and Concerns

Each department has a manager to address any issues or concerns your mother may have.

Pricing Overview

Our monthly charges are based on the chosen apartment, the level of assistance needed, and the number of medications taken. Charges include Room Rent, Level of Care, and Medication Management, tailored to each individual. A one-time community fee of $2,500.00 is due at move-in. We offer a month-to-month lease with a 14-day move-out notice. While we can provide furniture, we encourage residents to bring their own belongings to feel more at home.

• Private Studio: $4,600.00
• Private Studio Deluxe: $5,400.00
• Private Studio Deluxe with Kitchenette: $5,500.00
• One Bedroom Suite: $6,300.00

A second person fee of $1,000.00 applies.

Memory Care Room Costs

• Companion: $4,500.00
• Private: $7,000.00

Level of Care Costs

Costs are determined by an assessment and are based on a point system reflecting the amount of help needed:

• Basic (Independent): $0.00
• Care Level One: $600.00
• Care Level Two: $1,100.00
• Care Level Three: $1,600.00
• Care Level Four: $2,100.00

Medication Management Costs

• Basic: $500.00
• Complex: $675.00
