Our Memory Care
Our Memory Care is all inclusive and the price is $6,725 per month.
Additional Services and Costs
Monthly rent includes:
- Three daily meals
- Weekly housekeeping service and laundry service
- Water, electricity, cable TV, internet, telephone
- Social activities
- Emergency pendant for personal use
For personal care services, the costs are as follows:
- Level One - Medication Management Only - $225/mo.
- Level Two - Personal Care (Includes Medication Management) - $600/mo.
- Level Three - Personal Care (Includes Medication Management) - $1200/mo.
These charges are in addition to the monthly rent and are determined through an initial assessment by the nurse. Thereafter, quarterly assessments will be conducted or as needed.
Dining
Guests are encouraged to join residents for meals. Please advise the kitchen staff at least 2 hours prior to mealtime as to the number of guests you will have. Charges are as follows:
- Breakfast - $10.00
- Lunch - $10.00
- Dinner - $10.00
Room Service
For many reasons, residents are strongly encouraged to enjoy their meals in the Dining Room. However, room service can be provided for $10 per meal. If a resident cannot eat in the dining room due to illness, there will be no charge for room service.
Apartment Key Replacement
There is a $5.00 per key charge for replacement keys.
Apartment Alterations
Some alterations to Resident apartments are permissible with Executive Director approval. The most common requests are installation of ceiling fans, painting of rooms, and wall mounting of televisions. The Property Manager must provide these services, and the charges for such services are a one-hour minimum of $50 with additional hours at $50/hr. The charges will be included on the Resident's monthly billing.

Option B: Life Lease
This option includes an initial payment with a reduced monthly service fee. Eighty percent (80%) of the initial fee will be refunded within one year after move-out.

Second person fee is $1000/month.
Both payment options require a $1000 non-refundable reservation fee. Both payment options include a base offering of services. For residents who need increased personal services, three higher levels of care are offered. The services and costs are listed on the Additional Services and Costs sheet.
