STAFF

We have nurses and CNAs caring for the residents, we have therapists, social workers, an activity director, housekeeping, dietary and many departmental staff. We all are trained to deal with dementia patients on top of our licenses we obtained to be employed here.

SAFETY

We have a wanderguard system for any residents we feel the need, doors locked at night, we have surveillance cameras in all the common areas, and we have a plan in place for everything.

TRANSITION

We have social services, activities, and nursing to assist with that.

TRANSPORTATION

Yes we do.

DINING

We have a set menu and an alternate. We encourage all residents to go to the main dining room.

GRIEVANCES

Handled by social services mostly or nursing if it is a nursing issue.

COST

$300/DAY.

COMMUNICATION

If there are any changes with condition or new orders, the nurse caring for the resident will notify the responsible party. Most of our families visit often.

RESPITE

Minimum of 10 days at $300/day.

PETS

Pets are allowed to visit.

VACCINATIONS

We offer and keep up with vaccinations for all residents.

The residents can stay here as long as they are appropriate. Most residents living here stay the rest of their days with us unless a family member decides to take them home and care for them at some point. We do have a long-term care waiting list of about a year.
