We prioritize the safety and well-being of our residents through a Comprehensive Emergency Plan approved by the local Emergency Management agency, covering scenarios such as weather events, floods, and electric shortages. Our facility is equipped with a 24/7 nursing staff, an emergency call light system, and an on-site generator to ensure continuous care and safety.

Transition Support Services

To aid residents in their transition into our community, we have an activity director, Mahalia, who conducts orientation sessions for new residents, ensuring a smooth and welcoming integration.

Transportation Services

We offer transportation services for residents to attend doctor appointments on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Dining Experience

Our dining service includes three meals a day, with lunch and dinner featuring two choices of entrées, vegetables, dessert, and a choice of beverage. We encourage residents to enjoy their meals in the dining room for a communal dining experience.

Addressing Resident Complaints

Residents can address their complaints or issues by writing a grievance and submitting it to the executive director or by requesting a meeting with the executive director.

The cost of living in our community varies based on apartment style, level of care, and medication management needs.

Communication with Residents' Families

Our nursing staff is responsible for all communication with residents' families, ensuring they are promptly notified of any changes in their loved ones' condition.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer short-term or respite stays at a rate of $210 a day, with a minimum stay requirement of 14 days.

We offer 110 apartments ranging from private studios to one-bedroom apartments with kitchenettes. Our pricing includes utilities such as electric, water, basic cable, internet (Wi-Fi), and a landline. Amenities include weekly laundry and housekeeping services, with all maintenance concerns addressed by our dedicated maintenance team.
