Rates include the room Rental, three meals a day plus snacks throughout the day, weekly housekeeping and Laundry services, alerts call system, transportation, utilities, (except phone and cable) and our innovative vibrant life program.

Second Person Fee $900

Community fee $3000

A one-time fee that applies to an in-depth pre-admission assessment coordination of all necessary admission paperwork, medication review and administrative fees.

Overview of Our Staff and Training

Our team comprises Care Staff, Med Technicians, Cooks, Servers, Administrators, Activity Directors, and Maintenance Staff. As a social model and nonmedical facility, all staff complete state-required training to ensure the highest quality of care and service.

Safety and Well-Being Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we provide alert bracelets for those at fall risk, have notification systems in all bathrooms, and comply with building safety and fire codes.

Transition Support Services

Regarding resources or support services for residents' transition into the community, we inquire if financial resources are being sought to provide tailored assistance.

Transportation Services

Yes, we offer transportation services for our residents to facilitate their mobility and independence.

Dining Experience

Our dining experience is restaurant-style, offering a variety of choices to cater to our residents' preferences and dietary needs.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Residents can report concerns to staff, management, the resident council, the Ombudsman, or local authorities to ensure prompt and effective resolution.

Cost of Living

The cost of living in our community is detailed in a fee schedule, with care assistance quoted at the time of assessment, varying according to individual needs.

Yes, we offer short-term or respite stays, with quotes available during our tour to accommodate various needs and situations.
