Overview of Professional Staff and Training

Our staff includes Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA’s), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN’s), and medication technicians in our assisted living facility. Additionally, our leadership team comprises our Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing, both of whom are LPN’s. We provide on-site and computer training for all staff annually to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest care practices.

Safety and Well-being Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we conduct regular in-person checks on residents, up to every 2 hours when needed. We also provide emergency pendants and maintain 24-hour security.

Transition Support Services

We facilitate the transition of new residents into the community with an orientation program and a new resident welcome committee, which includes managers and current residents.

Transportation Services

Scheduled transportation services are available for residents, allowing them to visit doctors, shops, and participate in outings such as lunch, casino visits, or trips to the beach.

Dining Experience

Our dining experience features restaurant-style dining with a dinner menu offering 3 daily changing options and an additional 8-10 items that are always available. A sample menu is attached for review.

Resident Complaints and Issues

Residents are encouraged to report any concerns to our department managers. For those who prefer confidentiality, we provide a private line for calls.

Cost of Living

The cost of living in our community requires a detailed conversation to provide specific information, as it varies based on individual needs. A fee schedule is attached for reference.

Communication with Residents' Families

We maintain a family email list to keep relatives informed about their loved ones. Our open-door policy allows family members to visit anytime, stay over, and participate in meals and other activities.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Currently, we have limited availability for respite care and do not typically offer short-term stays.

Pet-Friendly Community

We are a pet-friendly community, provided that the resident can fully care for their pet or has made arrangements for the pet's care during their absence.

Waitlist Information

We have a waitlist for our Independent Living, and limited availability in our Assisted Living and Memory Care units.
