MEDICATION MANAGEMENT:

• $230/month 1 REMINDER PER DAY Must be set up in medication box by family member or health professional.
• $435/month 2 REMINDERS PER DAY Must be set up in medication box by family member or health professional.
• $640/month 3 REMINDERS PER DAY Must be set up in medication box by family member or health professional.
• $160/month Monthly medication box set up. Medication refills or any medication change setups.
• $60 one-time fee Medication Box (The Med Center System).
