The level of care and medication administration required is determined by an initial assessment at the time of move-in and again after 30 days at the community. Assessments are also done on a semi-annual basis or when there is a change in condition.

Overview of Professional Staff and Training

Our staff includes 24/7 Concierge, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Assisted Living. We ensure ongoing training for our staff every month to maintain high standards of care and service.

Safety and Well-being Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we provide an emergency call pendant and pull cords in both the bathroom and bedroom. Additionally, we conduct checks every 3 hours during the night in Assisted Living.

Transition Support Services

We offer a move-in coordinator to facilitate a smooth transition into our community. Our services also include move managers and resident ambassadors to assist new residents.

Transportation Services

Our transportation services include trips to doctor appointments Monday through Friday, as well as to local destinations such as Publix, Town Center, Walgreens, CVS, Target, Walmart, and various shopping centers.

Dining Experience

Independent Living residents enjoy breakfast and dinner included, with a casual café open for lunch 6 days a week. Assisted Living residents receive three meals a day.

Resident Complaints and Issues

If a resident has a complaint or issue, they can bring their concerns to the manager of the relevant department or to the concierge to be directed to the appropriate person.

Cost of Living

Independent Living costs range from $4300 to $5900, with a one-time community fee equal to one month's rent. Assisted Living costs range from $4500 to $5400, plus additional fees for the level of care and medication management. There is also a one-time community fee of $2500.

Communication with Residents' Families

We keep families updated about their loved ones' well-being through weekly email notices and placing notices in the resident’s inside box. We also make calls to family members with any questions or concerns.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer seasonal stays with a 3-month minimum, which includes a base rate monthly plus a rental furniture fee.

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community, welcoming small dogs or cats.
