Assisted Living Care: Cost TBD

An assessment with the nursing team, the resident and their family will determine if assisted living services are needed and the costs associated with those services. Part of creating peace of mind for you is understanding how much you will spend each month and exactly what services are covered.

Care Team

We have Home Care Aids, Certified Nursing Assistants, Medication Aids, Licensed Practical Nurses and a Registered Nurse on our care team daily. They go through extensive training before starting and also continued education regularly.

24/7 Monitoring

We have staff on site 24/7 to monitor and ensure the safety of our residents at all times.

Resident Orientation

We spend extra time with our new residents as they move in to show them around until they are comfortable with our building and their new home. We also do our best to connect new residents with existing residents that may have similar interests or personalities for meal times and activities.

Dining Services

Our restaurant is open from 7:30AM to 7:00PM and offers open dining all day long. Residents can order anything they would like during those hours off of a full menu, as well as seasonal menus and daily specials.

Resident Concerns

Residents are encouraged to share their concerns or complaints anytime with our Executive Director or myself at any time, and we work together to find a resolution or solution. We also have monthly resident council meetings for our residents to have a private space to discuss all issues or wins, which are then shared and discussed the next week with our Executive Director.

Emergency Contacts

Upon move-in, new residents provide us with contact information for their loved ones that they would like us to communicate with. We always reach out if there is any kind of incident or medical issue; we immediately contact those individuals.

Respite Stays

We do offer 30-day respite stays when we have the space available, but we have been full and not able to offer those for quite some time.

Pet Policy

We are a pet-friendly community. We allow dogs under 30lbs and cats, with the requirement that they stay up to date with all vaccinations.

Vaccination Clinics

We regularly have COVID and flu vaccination clinics for our residents to get their vaccines and boosters.

Aging in Place

Yes, our residents are absolutely able to age in place. All of our apartments are licensed for Independent and Assisted Living. You can add or remove care services at any time and can always stay in the same unit. We are currently working off of a waitlist for all sized units.
