Overview of Professionals and Training

Our staff includes LPN’s, RN’s, and Personal Care Aides who are on site daily. Personal Care Aides undergo training taught by the RN’s to ensure they are well-prepared to care for our residents.

Safety and Well-being Measures

We conduct hourly checks throughout the day and have call bells by the resident’s bed, toilet, and shower to ensure their safety. We manage all medications, offer an exercise class, and have a gym to promote socialization and activity among residents.

Transition Support Services

Staff work one-on-one with new residents to ensure a smooth, stress-free transition into our community, providing personalized support as needed.

Transportation Services

We provide transportation services through medical travel and an onsite van to accommodate the needs of our residents.

Dining Experience

Our dining room offers a restaurant-style experience with a variety of menu options and alternatives to cater to all tastes. Staff handle all aspects of meal service and cleanup.

Handling Complaints and Issues

Residents can address any complaints or issues directly with their Case Manager for prompt resolution.

Communication with Residents' Families

Updates on residents' well-being are sent through email and a monthly newsletter to keep families informed.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer short-term respite stays at a rate of $195 per day to provide temporary relief for caregivers.

Pet-Friendly Community

While residents cannot have pets, family members are welcome to bring dogs for visits with proper documentation. We also have a beloved therapy dog, Bella, on site.

Covid and Flu Vaccinations

Currently, we do not offer Covid or flu vaccinations on site, but we are working towards providing these services.

Aging in Place

We support residents in aging in place, ensuring they feel safe, happy, and loved in what they consider their forever home. Our community is filling up quickly, though we do not have a waiting list yet.
