Our independent living facility is staffed with professionals from various departments including dining, maintenance, housekeeping, office, and security. Each department undergoes specific training tailored to their roles to ensure the highest quality of service. Detailed information on the training will be provided upon further clarification.

Safety and Well-being Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we have implemented an alert pendant system for emergencies. Additionally, we have a daily check-in system to monitor residents' welfare. Our security team is always ready to respond to any situation, and family members can request welfare checks as needed.

Support Services for Transitioning Residents

Transportation Services

Our community offers scheduled community and medical transportation services. A transportation guide with more details has been attached to this email.

Dining Experience

Residents are provided with a dining card loaded with monthly credit for use in our dining room, which is open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Menus are available online.

Resident Complaints and Issues

Residents can address complaints directly to the relevant department, and the department director will typically reach out to resolve the issue.

Communication with Residents' Families

We maintain communication with residents' families through a resident administrator who works closely with them to keep them updated on their loved ones' well-being.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Our community offers short-term stays in independent living and respite stays for memory care, subject to assessment and availability. Rates for memory care respite stays start at $4603.

Pet Policy

We are a pet-friendly community with a two pet policy, and pets must not exceed 30 pounds.

Vaccination Clinics

We have hosted vaccination clinics on our campus for Covid and flu vaccinations.

Aging in Place

While we offer assisted living and memory care, residents may need to transfer apartments to access these services. We currently do not have a waitlist for one and two-bedroom apartments, but there is a waitlist for studios.
