Our facility is staffed with a variety of professionals including LPN’s, RN’s, STNA’s, and Licensed therapists. The training each professional undergoes is tailored to their specific role within our community, ensuring they are well-equipped to provide the highest level of care.

Safety and Well-being Measures

Ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents is a top priority. Our Maintenance Director leads our safety committee, diligently working to keep our building up to code and free from safety hazards.

Transition Support Services

To aid residents in their transition into our community, we offer support services through our Licensed Social Worker, ensuring a smooth and comfortable adjustment period.

Transportation Services

Our community provides transportation services for residents, facilitating access to external appointments and activities.

Dining Experience

Residents have the option to dine in their rooms or in the communal dining room, with several meal choices available at each mealtime to cater to individual preferences.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Residents can report complaints or issues to any staff member. These are then documented on a concern form and addressed by our Licensed Social Worker. Residents also have the option to contact the LTC ombudsman.

Cost of Living

The daily rate for a semi-private room is $314, while a private room is $384.

Communication with Residents' Families

We communicate with residents' families based on the resident's preferences for emergency notifications and updates, ensuring loved ones are kept informed about the resident's well-being.

Short-term and Respite Stays

Our community offers short-term and respite stays at a daily rate of $314, providing flexible care options for families and caregivers.

Pet-Friendly Community

We welcome visits from fully vaccinated pets with a complete shot record, recognizing the positive impact they have on our residents.

Vaccination Services

Covid and flu vaccinations are available within our community, ensuring our residents have convenient access to important immunizations.

Aging in Place

While we support residents aging in place, please note that there is currently a waiting list for our Dementia unit.
