MONTHLY RENT INCLUDES

Complimentary full-service breakfast and $180 per person food allowance, housekeeping services, all utilities except telephone, social and recreational programs, unlimited use of all activity areas, 24-hour emergency response system, scheduled transportation, concierge available 24 hours a day, complimentary use of laundry facilities, and general apartment maintenance.

We have lots of activities keeping our residents as busy as they like – including live entertainment, aqua and fitness classes, scheduled (and non-scheduled) card and game times, outings, food demos, and so much more.

Healthcare Services

We have a home healthcare company onsite as well as therapy (occupational/physical therapy) services.

Additional Services

We provide housekeeping and transportation, and have our own swimming pool, restaurant and bar, and beauty shop.

We also offer move-in coordination assistance to help with the move process.
