Our Communities

We have two communities; one is Independent Living, and the other is Assisted Living and Memory Care.

Independent Living

Independent living is designed for seniors 55 and older who are looking to live a more maintenance-free life. Maybe the upkeep of a house is too much, all the cooking, cleaning, etc. There is no medical staff in independent living apart from doctors who see patients twice a week for appointments. We offer kitchen staff for meals, housekeepers, maintenance, 24/hour front desk support, and managers on staff like activity directors, marketing, and operations staff in the offices. We will provide independent living residents with a pendant they can press in case of an emergency. Staff in independent living do not need medical credentials.

Assisted Living

Residents who have had a medical decline would then go into assisted living if they had a higher care need with things like bathing, dressing, and toileting. All staff in assisted living are medically trained professionals. They go through an extensive course as well as already having a medical background and experience. They must train with our managers for the first three weeks as well. There is a lot that goes into our clinical. Our assisted living is one of the highest-rated communities in the state and we always have an extensive waitlist due to this fact. Independent living does have availability because it is brand new. Anyone starting in independent living would bypass the waitlist at any time if they ever needed assisted living care.

Resources and Support Services

Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community? Yes, we have a resident welcoming committee as well as our activity staff who has a process as well.

Transportation Services

Do you offer transportation services for residents? Yes, we have multiple transport options. Love for you to try it.

Complaint Process

What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed? Our executive director is always available to provide solutions.

Cost of Living

What is the cost of living in your community?

• Assisted living - studio $5300 & 1bed are $6400. We don’t have levels of care so that is including all care until end of life. Another reason why our property is so desirable.
• Independent living – studio $2200 1bed

Communication with Families

What is your policy on communication with residents' families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being? If we are concerned about your loved one’s wellbeing, we would immediately pick up the phone and call you. In our assisted living, we have care plan meetings monthly where you would meet with our executive director and nurse about any changes in the care plan as well as updates.

Short-Term or Respite Stays

Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? Depends on the situation. We stay full with a waitlist so it would just depend but I am happy to talk with you about options.

Pet Policy

Are you all a pet-friendly community? Yes and we offer a pet spa and dog park.

Vaccinations

Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community? Of course.

Aging in Place

Are residents able to age in place? Our residents stay until end of life.
