Reservation Fee: $3,000
(non-refundable after move-in - does not apply to monthly service fee)

Second person fee for all assisted living suites: $2,500 per month.

Our Human Resources Director ensures that Redstone Village complies with State regulations on training in all areas of the community. Our staff includes a range of professionals who undergo rigorous training to meet the highest standards of care and service.

Safety and Well-being Measures

Redstone Village is proactive in ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents. We adhere to State regulations and have comprehensive measures in place to maintain a secure environment.

Transition Support Services

We offer resources and support services to aid residents' transition into the community. This includes on-site out-patient therapy to support all residents when the need arises, tailored to the different levels of care at Redstone Village.

Transportation Services

Our transportation department provides services to residents, which are incorporated into our Life Style programs and included in the monthly activity calendar.

Dining Experience

Redstone Village offers an extensive menu and takes great pride in our dining experience. We also provide Blue Zone Diet options, beneficial for residents with specific health needs.

Resident Complaints and Issues

Issues are addressed by the Resident Services Director in independent living and the Administrator in other levels of care. Our Executive Director maintains an open door policy for any resident concerns.

Cost of Living

Communication with Residents' Families

Communication with families is conducted in accordance with HIPAA regulations and involves the administrator of the respective level of care. We hold care conferences to keep families informed about their loved ones' well-being.

Short-term or Respite Stays

At this time, Redstone Village does not offer respite care.

Pet Policy

We are a pet-friendly community with a specific pet policy that allows pets in independent living and assisted living.

Currently, we have a waitlist for some of the floor plans in independent living and assisted living.

Grandview Assisted Living

Grandview Assisted Living is a vital part of the community. We have three spacious floor plans to choose from that provide the comforts of home. We are committed to serving our residents with respect, compassion and professionalism and offer 24/7 nursing support.
