All of our rates are all Inclusive

All-inclusive includes but not limited to 24 hour care, incontinence care supplies, and personal care supplies, laundry and linens, housekeeping, meals and snacks with the exception of medications, escorts for appointments, beauty shop or any specialized behavioral or medical care.

Rate(s)

A simple flexible rate based on your loved one’s personal care needs. Our team of professionals will determine one of three levels of care as assessed prior to move-in. This level of care assessment will be performed quarterly or as needed to determine if there has been an increase in the personal care needs which in turn, there would be an increase in the rate.
** This rate may also be subject to a yearly cost of living increase.

Challenging Dementia Program

This program is specifically designed to provide a safe and enriched living setting for persons with dementia who exhibit challenging behaviors secondary to their dementia. We will provide a specialized multi-disciplinary approach to caring for persons, including the best available medical, behavioral, and milieu-based care. In addition, each resident will have an individualized care plan written by our Clinical Director which specifically and effectively addresses non-pharmacological approaches.

Our Specialized care rate is all-inclusive

Specialized Care

Semi or Private Room based on behaviors and availability:

• $6,900

Community Fee

A one-time non-refundable move-in and administrative fee of $3,000 includes but not limited to the following: a comprehensive assessment prior to move in, then ongoing assessments for the duration of our resident’s stay, individual service plan of care for our resident, maintenance of all required State and Federal records for the duration of our resident’s stay, along with preparing the room and furniture for move in. In addition, arranging special services such as third party transportation, additional therapies as ordered, etc.
