Overview of Staff and Training

We have a team of professionals trained in health and safety measures for our residents. While we do not employ nursing or medical staff, we ensure safety through monthly health and safety tests and provide each resident with a medical alert pendant, connecting directly to the team and 911 in emergencies.

Safety and Well-being Measures

We offer monthly new resident orientations to cover emergency evacuation plans and encourage attendance for refreshers. Safety features also include 2-hour fire doors in all halls and resident apartment doors, and we comply with state regulations and CDC guidelines, including COVID-related protocols.

Resources for Resident Transition

Supported by referral sources including real estate agents, downsizing organizations, movers, and estate sales agents, we aid new residents in ensuring a smooth transition into our community.

Transportation Services

Residents enjoy a concierge service offering daily transport for doctor appointments, errands, grocery shopping, with scheduled trips and group outings.

Dining Experience

Residents can enjoy two meals daily, served restaurant style. Breakfast is offered from 7-9:45am, and dinner seatings are every 30 minutes from 4-6pm, with fresh meals prepared to order from a variety of options and daily specials.

Complaints and Issue Resolution

Residents can address complaints directly with our General Manager or through our resident council president, ensuring effective resolution of any issues.

Communication with Families

We communicate directly with residents unless a Power of Attorney or consent allows us to liaise with family members regarding their well-being.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Currently, we do not offer short-term or respite stays in our community.

Pet Policy

Our community is pet-friendly, accommodating pets up to 25lbs with a one-time $1000 non-refundable pet deposit.

Waitlist Status

There is a waitlist for all apartment styles: Studio, 1BR, and 2BR.

Vaccination Services

Partnered with the Medicine Shoppe, we facilitate COVID and flu vaccinations, billed through residents' insurance, with sign-up available through the activity department during group vaccine days.

Aging in Place

We support aging in place within our community, with home health agencies and physical therapy services available. Should more extensive care be necessary, we work with residents and families to determine the next steps.
