Evans Park at Newton Corner is a Benchmark Living Experience that offers both assisted living and memory care services. The community is currently undergoing renovations, which means there is limited availability, but they are still welcoming new residents without a waitlist.

Assisted Living Services

The assisted living services at Evans Park provide residents with the support they need while allowing them to maintain their independence. The community offers a minimum of 30-day respite care or short-term stays for those who may need temporary assistance.

Pet-Friendly Environment

Understanding the importance of companionship, Evans Park is a pet-friendly community, allowing residents to live with their beloved pets.

Transportation Services

Residents have access to transportation services five days a week for shopping, banking, and other activities. Additionally, the community provides Lyft services two days a week to facilitate transportation needs.

Staffing and Medical Care

The community is staffed with a nurse available from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., and on call overnight. Resident care associates are present around the clock, and medication technicians (med techs) are also part of the staff to ensure proper medication management.

Safety Measures

For safety, residents are provided with pendants that can be worn around the neck or as a wristband, ensuring they can quickly get help whenever needed.
