Traditional Assisted Living

Studio Apartment - Single Occupancy: $4690

One Bedroom Apartment - Single Occupancy: $5045

Two Bedroom Apartment - Single Occupancy: $6950

Two Bedroom Apartment - Double Occupancy: $7805

Basic Monthly Service includes:

• All medication management
• Room and board
• Three meals and snacks daily
• Housekeeping once a week
• Social and activity services
• Basic cable and limited transportation
• Studio apartments only will include laundry one time a week

Levels of Care

Level One - base price plus $500

Includes all services of the Basic Monthly Services plus reminders for meals, activities/appointments, bathing and personal laundry once per week

Level Two - base price plus $1000

Includes all the services of the Level One plus licensed nurse oversight once a week, cueing of mealtimes, transfers and assistance with preparing meals for consumption (cutting food), stand by assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and housekeeping 2 days per week

Level Three - base price plus $1500

Includes all the services of the Level Two plus licensed nurse oversight up to 3 times a week, daily prep service with meals, hands-on assistance with transfers up to 3 times a week, bathing, dressing, and grooming, and housekeeping 3 days per week, and linens and towels laundered weekly

Level Four - base price plus $2000

Includes all the services of the Level Three plus licensed nurse oversight 4-5 times a week, one-person assist with all transfers, bathing, dressing, grooming, housekeeping 4 days per week, and personal laundry including linens and towels

*Note: Residents who require incontinent or ostomy care or require diabetic care will be automatically included in this level*

$1,500 non-refundable community fee per resident at admission
