Welcome to Everett & Manor
Everett & Manor is a comprehensive senior living community offering a variety of care options to meet the diverse needs of its residents. The community is structured into three main sections to cater to different levels of care and independence:
- Independent Living Apartments: Designed for seniors who are able to live on their own but wish to benefit from the convenience and amenities of a community setting.
- Assisted Living/Personal Care: This area provides additional support and care for residents who require assistance with daily activities.
- Skilled Nursing: This section offers a higher level of medical care and support for residents with more complex health needs.
Accommodations and Staffing
In the skilled nursing unit, there are accommodations for approximately 60 residents when at full capacity. The staffing ratio aims to provide comprehensive care with two Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and eight Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) when fully staffed.
Medical Oversight
While a doctor or nurse practitioner is not always on-site, medical professionals visit the facility three times a week to ensure residents receive the medical attention and oversight they need.
Dining Experience
The dining experience at Everett & Manor offers a menu with multiple options that residents can choose from. Residents fill out their meal choices ahead of time, selecting from two or three options available each day.
Safety Measures
Resident safety is a top priority. In the skilled nursing section, residents have access to call lights in their rooms to request assistance as needed.
Addressing Concerns
If residents have complaints or concerns, they can initially speak to a nurse or nursing assistant. For more formal grievances, there is an established process in place, including the option to work with an ombudsman.
Communication with Families
Communication between the facility and resident families is primarily conducted by phone. Additionally, there is a newsletter that provides updates and information about the community's happenings.

Everett & Manor also offers short-term stays for rehabilitation, catering to individuals who require temporary, intensive care.
