Any complaint or issue can be reported to the office, and we will do our best to assist.

Communication with Residents' Families

Since we are an independent living community, we cannot perform well-fare checks for legal reasons. However, if 911 is called and arrives on the property, we can allow them to.

Short-term or Respite Stays

Our short-term stay option includes a 6-month lease.

Pet-Friendly Community

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community. There is a one-time pet fee of $250 and a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet.

Waitlist Status

At the moment, we do not have a waitlist. You are welcome to apply online or visit our property for a tour.

Covid and Flu Vaccinations

There is a health company on the property as a third-party service provider, but they are not affiliated with Emerson Pines.

Aging in Place

To qualify to live in our property, residents must be a minimum of 55 years of age.
