When you are here at Emerson, you are with family. As you enter our community, you are walking into the living room of your new home. The vibrant energy and warmth that pulsate throughout Emerson are so contagious you can’t help but think, “This is the place for me!”

Our Offerings

We offer three chef-inspired meals a day with a choice of entrees and a salad bar in our beautifully updated Dining Room. All meals are served by our friendly wait staff in a restaurant-style atmosphere. Our Independent Living apartments are newly remodeled with neutral paint, crown molding, ceiling fans, and come equipped with a kitchenette that includes a full-size refrigerator and microwave. Select apartments even have stoves! All of our apartments have individual thermostats to control your air conditioning and heat, so you can keep your home just the way you like it. Emergency pull-cords and 24-hour staff are just some of the safety features included to help give you and your family peace of mind.

Your rent is inclusive of your meals, utilities, cable and internet is included in all apartments and is an additional $65, weekly housekeeping, activities and entertainment, scheduled courtesy transportation within a 10-mile radius, and routine maintenance. Through our Personal Assistant Services program, you can receive both medical and non-medical support services right here in your apartment. We have exercise classes daily. Your health and wellness are top priorities for us!

Pets and Family

Pets are also welcome to live here with no extra monthly charge, only a one-time pet fee. Your four-legged furry friend will love our spacious, enclosed dog park with gazebo. Family and friends are invited to join you at meals for a small fee. We don’t believe in any hidden costs at Emerson so you can plan accordingly during your golden years.

Joining the WAITLIST

The “WAITLIST” is in motion now and is moving right along! To qualify on the WAITLIST, there is a $250 fee that is totally refundable. When you fill out the form, you indicate what apartment size or style you wish in a 1- or 2-bedroom, Studio, or Efficiency, so you lose nothing if you change your mind. We will refund that fee if you don’t come.
