Apartment Availability and Features

We currently have a waitlist for our 1-bedroom apartments and for Medicaid rooms. However, we do not have a waitlist for our studios. We offer 3 different sizes of studios, each with a variety of layouts. All our apartments are private, featuring their own bathroom and shower, as well as a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, full-size fridge, and sink.

Community and Care Overview

Our community is designed with the safety and comfort of our residents in mind. From the preparation of food to the administration of medications, and even ensuring residents wear socks and shoes to prevent slips and falls, every aspect of our care is focused on resident safety. Our team, consisting of Caregivers and Med-Techs, is overseen by our Resident Care Coordinator and our Nurse (RN), highlighting our commitment to providing quality assisted living services.

Transitioning to Our Community

The transition of a new resident into our community is a collective effort involving all associates. This includes extra checks during the first week, escorting residents to meals, and the Ambassadors program, where existing residents help newcomers adjust. We reassess and update each resident's Service Plan after the first 30 days to ensure their care needs are being met effectively.

Dining Experience

Our dining service includes 3 meals a day, with the option for residents to have meals delivered to their rooms. We offer a diverse menu for each meal, along with an Ever Dine Menu for those who prefer more common dishes. Drinks and snacks are available 24/7, ensuring residents have access to nourishment at any time.

Addressing Complaints and Health Changes

Residents can bring complaints to any associate, manager, or our Executive Director. For health changes, we communicate promptly with the resident's family, adapting our approach based on the situation and the resident's care plan.

Respite Care and Pet Policy

We offer respite care with a minimum stay of 30 days at $250 a day, not exceeding 60 days. Our community is pet-friendly, with the Executive Director making determinations on a case-by-case basis.

Vaccination Clinics and Aging in Place

We run vaccination clinics several times a year to ensure the health and safety of our residents. Our policy allows residents to age in place, including transitioning to Medicaid and hospice care, ensuring they can stay with us as long as they are safe and their care needs are within our capability.
