Overview of Professionals and Training

We employ Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Caregivers, and Medication Aides. Servers in the dining room have food handler cards.

Safety and Well-being Measures

Our facility is staffed 24 hours a day, with call buttons in every unit for assistance. Safety checks are provided upon request, respecting residents' privacy and self-determination.

Resources and Support Services

We offer discounts for Military and promotional deals. Medicaid is accepted to aid residents' transition into the community.

Transportation Services

Transportation is available Monday to Friday for essentials like doctors’ appointments, grocery shopping, or group outings, with other destinations possible upon approval.

Dining Experience

Emerald Springs offers a restaurant-style dining experience with two specials for lunch and dinner, in addition to a Chef’s Menu.

Addressing Complaints and Issues

Grievance forms are available near reception for residents to fill out and submit anonymously if desired. Arizona Ombudsman information is also posted in the grand lobby.

Cost of Living

A 556 sq ft apartment starts at $3820.00 for independent living, including all meals, most utilities, and activities. Care fees are an additional cost, depending on resident needs.

Communication with Residents' Families

We update responsible parties/power of attorney of any change in condition for assisted living and memory care residents. Independent living residents are typically their own responsible party.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer short-term respite stays at $235/day all-inclusive for a minimum of 14 days, and a max stay of 60 days.

Pet-Friendly Community

We are a pet-friendly community, allowing up to 2 pets under 30lbs with no monthly fees, just a one-time $500 pet fee.

Waitlist Information

We have a waitlist for Medicaid and Memory Care units.

Covid and Flu Vaccinations

Emerald Springs offers flu vaccines. Information on COVID vaccines will be provided upon further inquiry.

Aging in Place

Residents can age in place with care provided in their current apartment, except when transitioning into Memory Care.
