Private $275.00 per day, $8525.00 per month

Semi-private $260.00 per day, $7800.00 per month

Our Care Services

Our staff is well trained in various types of care provided to our residents. We have a wound care team, that treats wounds throughout the week and round with the wound doctor every week. If extra training is needed, we provide on-site training through another skilled professional and through our annual skills fair.

Resident Safety

Resident safety is our no. 1 priority in our community. We provide from alarmed exits that are code protected to personalized interventions to keep our residents safe.

Transportation and Treatments

Transportation is provided for our residents to various doctors appointments and HD scheduled treatments.

Short-Term Rehab and Respite Stays

We offer short-term rehab which basically 20 days which depending on the type of insurance plans will cover at 100 %. If the resident is coming from home for short-term rehab, room and board is at private pay cost and therapy and other services needed will be billed to the insurance company. Also, respite stays can be accommodated pending on availability around the dates requested. Respite are 5 day stays that is at a private pay rate whether it’s from home or under hospice agency that we contracted with. The cost vary on the preferred of the family whether it’s a private room ($275 per day) or a semi-private ($260 per day). The payment is expected upon admission in the form of money order, debit/credit, or check and a receipt will be given in the same day.

Pet Friendly Community

We are a pet friendly community which brings so much joy to our residents. We request that we have a copy of the pet shot records so that we have it on file. It helps with transitioning residents especially, coming into our community full time.

Life Enrichment and Communal Dining

We ask our families about the residents joining full time what are the interest and how we are able to help them make friends within our community with other residents. Life Enrichment plays a huge part in providing activities to help foster those relationships and help the resident become more comfortable with the transition. Another factor is encourage residents to participate in communal dining during meals. This also helps continue the relationship between residents and even staff.

Grievances and Waitlist

Grievances are handled through the department managers and resolved within 24 hours. Residents can express concerns to anyone or at resident council meetings that happen monthly. We do have a waitlist that goes month to month pending availability in the community.

About Our Facility

We are a 96 bed facility serving short-term, long-term and respite residents that is located by Central Harnett Hospital here in Lillington. We offer programs that will fit our residents' needs at the time of admission or change in condition.
