Overview of Professional Staff and Training
Our overall staff has tenures of up to 33 years, with very loyal associates! Our care staff includes a mix of LVN, CNA, and med techs. We staff our care needs based on the acuity levels of the current residents' needs.
Safety and Well-being Measures
We have pull cords and life alerts on the personal level. Around the clock security, a ring system, and a security guard at night ensure the safety of our residents.
Transition Support Services
We have an ambassador program where our residents who are ambassadors welcome new residents, spending time with them, showing them around, and keeping in close contact during their initial orientation into the community.
Transportation Services
Yes, we have several shuttles for doctor and dentist appointments, stores, church, and outings, complimentary.
Dining Experience
We offer three restaurants: two full-service for three meals per day, and a lunch bistro. We offer all-day dining from 7am to 7pm.
Resident Complaints and Issues
We have a liaison for both our independent and assisted living residents. Our executive director is always available for any concerns or questions. We also have a resident council for addressing issues.
Cost of Living
We offer studios, 1 and 2 bedrooms, with different pricing based on view and availability. A pricing guide will be attached for your reference.
Communication with Residents' Families
Our staff is proactive with communication, offering facetime and immediate calls for emergencies. We conduct a comprehensive assessment upon move-in to understand the expectations between our staff and the family.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We do not offer respite stays, but we do have a guest stay option for families at $200 per day.
Pet-Friendly Community
Yes, we welcome cats, dogs, birds, and fish! We also have a "bark park" for dogs to be off leash.
Covid and Flu Vaccinations
Yes, we have clinics periodically based on the season for Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations.
Aging in Place
Yes, we offer independent, assisted living, and memory care, including hospice. We have a waitlist for memory care and very limited availability in assisted and independent living.
