REFUNDABLE PLAN: 50%

With our Refundable Plan, you secure a future refund option while paying a lower than normal monthly fee. This plan is an ideal option for people with long-term care insurance coverage or with robust financial sustainability. When you choose the refundable plan, you will receive priority access to our healthcare facilities when you need care.

Fifty percent of your entrance fee is completely refundable and may be applied to future health care services. You will enjoy the many amenities at Elm Terrace Gardens while only paying for the level of care that you use. Residents who choose the Refundable Plan pay the Per Diem Rates for Personal Care and Skilled Nursing only when they use these levels of care.

With our Fee for Service Plan, you only pay for the services you use. As a resident at Elm Terrace Gardens, you will receive priority access to our healthcare facilities when you need care. When you choose Elm Terrace Gardens for your retirement, you are able to enjoy a variety of services and a rewarding lifestyle while only paying for the services you use.

Our Fee for Service plan has a community fee that is completely refundable and may be used for future health care services or returned to the resident’s estate. Residents who choose the Fee for Service Plan pay the Per Diem Rates for Personal Care and Skilled Nursing only when they use these levels of care. Here at Elm Terrace Gardens, we offer Independent living, Personal care, Memory care and skilled nursing.

We currently offer three different programs in Residential living.

Program Options

Full-life care: The resident pays an entrance fee based on the size of the apartment he/she chooses and the monthly fee stays the same with a level of care increase. Meaning once they go into personal care or skilled nursing they would pay the same rate as in independent living. The fees do go up with the cost of living yearly.

Fee-for-service program: This is where he/she would pay a refundable community fee based on the size of the apartment chosen and the monthly fee would be good only while living in independent living. Once the resident needs to move to the higher level of care he/she would have to pay the daily rate at that time in those levels (that pricing is attached to this email as well. This is a great option if they have a long-term care insurance policy.)

50% Refundable Plan: This is another option for those who have a long term care insurance plan or have robust financial sustainability. Fifty percent of your entrance fee is completely refundable and may be used for future health care services. You are able to enjoy all that we have to offer while only paying for the services that you use. This is a hybrid pay as you go option.

In all three options the monthly fee includes 2 meals a day, all utilities, even basic cable. In residential living, we can offer assistance with medications, housekeeping, laundry and some medical care at an additional cost.

Personal Care

We also offer Personal care for assistance with activities of daily living IE: bathing, dressing and medications.

Aspire Memory Care

We offer our Aspire memory care with two neighborhoods with only 12 fully furnished accommodations in each neighborhood. Both centered around the “Heart of the home”, the kitchen! Our Aspire Memory care is a person centered program with you in mind with a beautiful home like atmosphere.

Skilled Nursing

Skilled Nursing would be the highest level of care that we offer here at Elm Terrace Gardens – full 24 hour care. This is the only place we accept Medicaid and health insurance for a temporary stay.
