• Our nursing staff is directly employed by Elkhart Place, ensuring consistent and quality care with minimal use of agency staff.
• We hold monthly All-Staff meetings to maintain high standards of service and care.
• Engagement and feedback are encouraged through monthly Resident Council, Activity Committee, and Food Committee meetings.
• Our Activities Director is passionately involved in ensuring residents are actively engaged in the community, earning the title of “Best Professional Pest” for her dedication to reminding and personally inviting residents to participate in activities. She also takes special care to accommodate the interests and activity levels of new residents, fostering strong resident involvement in our vibrant community life.
