Overview of Staff and Training
Our facility employs a wide range of professionals including Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Registered Nurses (RNs) who provide daily patient care. Additionally, we have housekeeping staff to ensure room and facility cleanliness, maintenance staff to ensure the facility is up to code, department heads, and a corporate support team that helps execute our mission while adhering to state and federal regulations. Licensed staff complete Continuing Education courses both virtually and in-person.Safety and Well-being Measures
We are a 24-hour facility equipped with secure entrances and exits. For residents with potential for elopement, we utilize wanderguard systems.Transition Support Services
For short-term skilled residents, we ensure all necessary structures are in place to assist with the transition back to the community. Our Social Services Director collaborates with Nursing to confirm necessary orders and agencies are arranged to help individuals thrive.Transportation Services
We have a transport vehicle for more independent residents or those using a wheelchair. When not in use, staff can also transport residents. If unavailable, we partner with local ambulance and transport companies.Dining Experience
Residents have the option to dine in our dining room or in their own room. Clinical teams and department management are available to assist with dining processes and non-clinical needs.Complaint Resolution Process
Complaints are taken seriously and can be filed by anyone at our facility. Our Social Services Director and Administrator investigate complaints with the relevant department head to seek resolution. Immediate requests are handled on the spot.Communication with Families
We establish a phone tree for communication upon admission and notify families about changes in care. We have an open-door policy and are always available for meetings to address concerns.Short-Term or Respite Stays
Costs vary depending on insurance. For Medicare patients with no secondary insurance, the first 20 days are covered at 100%, with a copay for days 21-100. Private pay rates are $300 per day for semi-private rooms and $350 for private rooms.Pet-Friendly Policy
Families can bring non-aggressive pets with a current shot record. Pets must be leashed or crated and cannot roam freely.Waitlist Information
