Wait Time and Pricing

In regards to wait time; we do have many applications on file and there is a wait list. Pricing is included in the attachment.

Clinical and Support Staff

Our clinical staff consists of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs. We also have therapy staff, activities staff, dietary staff, and social work to name a few others, all of which have sufficient training.

Social Work Team

Our social work team is a good resource and point of contact. They can help assist with resident transitions and are also there to help address any issues/complaints you may have. Families are more than welcome to reach out to our staff at any point for an update, or if you have any questions/concerns.

Transportation

Transportation is not provided to/from appointments for residents in our Skilled Nursing level of care.

Meals and Dietary Needs

Meals are provided and residents are encouraged to eat their meals in the dining room. Once admitted, a member of our dietary staff will work with the resident/family on obtaining food preferences. Three meals a day are provided, as well as snacks.

Pet Policy

Pets are able to visit the facility as long as you provide up to date shot records and the pet is well-behaved.

Short-term Stays and Rehabilitation

Short-term stays are part of our rehabilitation program. Admission to our short-term rehab program typically follows a hospitalization and must meet criteria. These services are most often billed through the medical insurance.

Vaccinations

Residents are able to receive COVID and flu vaccines in our facilities.

Skilled Nursing Care

Skilled Nursing care is the highest level of care we offer. However, if you are first admitted to a lower level of care such as Independent or Assisted Living, you will be given priority for a bed in a higher level of care.
