Overview of Professionals and Training

Our staff includes a variety of professionals including a Certified Executive Director, Business Director, Lifestyle Director, Culinary Director, Maintenance Director, and a Resident Services Director who is a nurse. We also have Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Med Techs, and Resident Assistants. All staff members are required to complete state-mandated training and participate in monthly training sessions to ensure ongoing professional development.

Safety and Well-being Measures

We have comprehensive measures in place to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, including an Emergency Plan for all Disasters. I can provide detailed information about our emergency plan during your visit.

Support for Resident Transition

To aid in the transition into our community, we offer a robust support system including resident Ambassadors who help new residents acclimate and, if needed, access to external counseling services.

Transportation Services

We provide transportation services within a 15-mile radius at no extra charge as part of the agreement.

Dining Experience

Dining at our facility is overseen by an Executive Chef, offering a restaurant-style experience with multiple choices and flexible seating arrangements.

Resident Complaints and Issues

If a resident has a complaint or issue, they are encouraged to bring it to the Executive Director. If the issue is not resolved to their satisfaction, we have a formal grievance procedure and can provide additional resources for support.

Cost of Living

Our room rates start at approximately $4000 per month for rent, with additional care charges if needed.

Communication with Families

We prioritize communication with residents' families through formal assessments, quarterly family nights, monthly newsletters, and a mass text system for notifications.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer short-term or respite stays with a 30-day minimum stay at a rate of $175 per day.

Pet-Friendly Community

Vaccination Services

Residents can receive Covid and flu vaccinations through our annual in-house clinic.

Aging in Place

Residents have the option to age in place in our community. Currently, we do not have a wait list.
