Overview of Professional Staff and Training

Our facility boasts a comprehensive team of professionals including physical, restorative, speech, and occupational therapists, alongside RNs/LPNs, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), respiratory staff, Nurse Practitioners, and Physicians. Each staff member undergoes rigorous training specific to their field, ensuring the highest level of care for our residents.

Safety and Well-being Measures

To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we implement advanced measures for "wandering" or "fall risk" patients, such as fall mats, special wristbands, and strategic room placement near nurses' stations. Our approach is tailored to each patient's behavior and needs.

Transition and Support Services

Our in-house Social Workers assist residents with transitioning back into the community, coordinating services like Home Health, ALT care, and Assisted Living to ensure a safe discharge.

Transportation Services

We provide transportation to clinical appointments. For personal needs outside the facility, our Guest Services director organizes scheduled errand runs for patients.

Dining Experience

Our kitchen serves three meals a day, accommodating special dietary requests. While most patients dine in their rooms, we also offer dining areas for those who prefer or require more space.

Handling Complaints and Issues

Our Grievance Officer and Guest Services director manage all concerns, ensuring thorough documentation, investigation, and resolution, with staff training as needed to prevent recurrence.

Cost of Living

Private Pay Rates are $360 per night for a private room, $340 for a semi-private room, and $290 for a three-person room. Insurance coverage details should be verified with your provider.

Communication with Residents' Families

Families can request follow-ups and care plan meetings with our staff and Social Services to discuss plans or address concerns.

Short-term or Respite Stays

We offer short-term or respite stays, with pricing dependent on insurance coverage.

Pet-Friendly Community

Dogs and cats are welcome to visit residents, provided we are notified in advance.

Admission Policy

Our facility operates on a first-come, first-serve basis, offering a range of care levels from Short/Long Term Care to Memory/Dementia and Respiratory care.

Vaccination Services

We offer Covid and flu vaccinations in-house, coordinated by our Infection Control Nurse.
