Each staff member undergoes rigorous training specific to their field, ensuring the highest level of care for our residents.
Safety and Well-being Measures
To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we implement advanced measures for "wandering" or "fall risk" patients, such as fall mats, special wristbands, and strategic room placement near nurses' stations. Our approach is tailored to each patient's behavior and needs.
Transition and Support Services
Our in-house Social Workers assist residents with transitioning back into the community, coordinating services like Home Health, ALT care, and Assisted Living to ensure a safe discharge.
Transportation Services
We provide transportation to clinical appointments. For personal needs outside the facility, our Guest Services director organizes scheduled errand runs for patients.
